Generally, those that have previously included a retinol in their regimen can safely use the 0.5 retinol. Those who are new to retinol should begin using the 0.25 retinol until tolerated nightly then if desired, can switch to the 0.5 retinol.

We suggest you begin using two to three evenings per week and increase gradually until tolerated nightly.
