What is SILVERbac?
Have you ever wandered down store aisles and wondered, “who makes all this stuff?” It might have been us! We have spent our careers on the service end of sourcing product, manufacturing, packaging, exporting, and warehousing for large multi-national retailers. Along the way we witnessed how much exciting innovation and quality could be lost in a long chain of decision makers and never get to market, never get to YOU. We want to change that.
The INHERENT face mask has a 3D designed triple layer construction with a special fiber blend fabric, pieced and jointed with flat-lock stitching to cover the nose and mouth while laying flat across the nose bridge and jawline. Airflow resistance through the mask is fine tuned for breathing yet also block small particles in the air.
Our mask comes in two sizes aimed for Adults and Children. Adjustable straps allow resizing as needed, you want to make sure the mask body will cover your face and nose effectively. Use the measurements table to help determine how the body of the mask fits on you and/or your child.
The past decade has brought much awareness to consumers on the benefits of silver technology but we still have a long way to go. Knowingly or not, humans have been using oligodynamic metals for thousands of years and we are still finding new ways to utilize it. Recent technology has applied silver as a surface treatment to fabrics, but eventually that washes off from the heat and agitation of washing machines. SILVERbac is a process that happens early in manufacturing where pure silver is embedded in polymers of the yarn that goes into our products and it does not wash off! This gives numerous new properties to the fabric, perhaps most noticeably it disrupts processes that cause odors. For a daily use mask, we knew we had to build it with SILVERbac.
