Can be used alone or as Step 2 of the Effaclar Dermatological Acne System (sold separately).

Recommended for use as a daily facial toner for acne and oily skin. Tone up to twice daily, morning and/or evening. Use a soft cotton ball or pad. Make sure to avoid eye area. No rinsing.
