Leucidal Liquid SF is a natural ingredient created by using a fermentation process. Lactobacillus is one of the species used to produce fermented products, such as kimchi and sauerkraut, a Korean dietary staple, from cabbage. Like many members of the lactic acid family, Lactobacillus is capable of providing protection by acidifying its environment.

Example Recipe: Hyaluronic Acid Serum (Basic Recipe)

Leucidal Liquid SF works best with water-based recipes, like toners, and gels, like hyaluronic acid gel. It can be used as a secondary moisturizing protectant in lotions and creams, and in more complex formulations containing actives. For a broad coverage in formulations containing active ingredients, use Leucidal SF Complete. Certain formulations may require additional protective ingredients in combination with this ingredient to offer complete protection. Your own testing is recommended to ensure adequate protective coverage.
