Do I need to register the device every time I use it?

The makeON app supports automatic connection. After the initial device registration, it will connect automatically if both the app and the device are turned on.

(Only available on the first access to the home screen to conserve battery.)

The device won't connect.

1) Ensure both the app and the device are turned on. Bluetooth must be enabled.

2) Hold the power button on the device for 8 seconds until you hear the beep sound.

3) Go to Home - My Device - tap Registration button to pair your device.

App records are not updating.

Skin scores and diagnosis results are displayed immediately if the device is connected to the app at the time of measurement. However, care history is transmitted the next time the app connects to the device after care is completed.

My device stopped working during the update.

1) Please check if there is a green light on the device.

2) Restart the app-go to My Device-tap Registration button, turn on the device, and try connecting again.

3) If the issue persists, please tell us via email. (App-My-Support)

The device and app get disconnected.

If the device’s battery is low during operation, a temporary high-energy usage may interfere with the Bluetooth connection. If this occurs, please charge the device before using it again.
