Cleansing, Softening

Red clay is rich in iron oxide which gives it its distinctive red hue. It contains a wealth of essential trace elements and minerals. Red clay’s high alkalinity allows it to absorb and draw toxins from the pores and, when used as a face mask, it softens the skin and leaves it looking youthful, while balancing skin tone.

Anti-aging, Protective

The acai berry is an inch-long, reddish-purple fruit that comes from a tree native to Central and South America where it has a wide range of traditional uses. It is now used in cosmetics and beauty products because of its high concentration of antioxidants which can protect skin from the appearance of aging due to sun and other free radical damage. Acai is used by Gaelle Organic in a certified-organic extract that is designed to also minimize the appearance of fine lines.

Astringent, Cleansing, Soothing

Rose water is a gentle astringent, suitable for all skin types and ideal in facial toners used to cleanse and minimize pores. It calms reddened skin and helps keep the complexion clear by maintaining the skin’s pH balance. Its smell, of course, is divine.

Cleansing, Nourishing

Sea silt consists of sediment that forms on the bottom of estuaries and along the sea floor. It contains minerals, purifying clays and trace elements that can be absorbed by the skin via warm sea water baths or by directly applying sea silt extracts onto the skin, generally as a spa treatment known as thalassotherapy. A mask containing sea silt can provide the same deep nourishment and cleansing in a home setting. Gaelle Organic uses sea silt from Hawaii, where the waters are among the cleanest, and the nutrient concentration among the highest.

- Apply on dry, clean skin

- Leave for 20-30 minutes

- Remove with a warm wash cloth
