We recommend performing a patch test of Mayan Magic Mud on a small area of the skin to check for sensitivity & allergic reactions. Slight redness is normal and fades within 30 minutes.

Your hair can reap the benefits of Mayan Magic Mud too! Just mix 3 tablespoons each of Mayan Magic Mud and Apple Cider Vinegar with 1 cup of filtered water. (Mix with a glass, pottery or wood container and spoon as metal may create a chemical reaction with the clay and reduce some benefits.) Add a small amount of your favorite oil if desired. Massage the paste into your wet hair, let sit for 3-5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.** Follow-up with a deep conditioning treatment. Store any remaining hair mask in a glass jar for future use.

Detox your body by adding approximately 1-2 cups of Mayan Magic Mud to your bath water and relax for about 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. If spots of mud remain after rinsing, gently rub with a soft wash cloth to remove.

Detox your feet by combining 3 tablespoons of Mayan Magic Mud, 2 tablespoons of filtered water and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Apply to the bottom of your feet, let dry for approximately 10 minutes and rinse thoroughly with cool water.
