Sunny Chick Sunblock Powder is a natural, mineral, brush-on, tinted sunblock powder which provides 30 SPF protection in a convenient on-the-go container with a premium dispensing brush. Sun protection which can be used as makeup powder; can be worn alone or under, over, or with your existing makeup routine for smooth, comfortable, and flawless sweat and water-resistant SPF30 coverage. Hypoallergenic, lightweight and won't block pores when used as directed. Originally developed by our founder Kim, a lifelong sufferer of melasma and cystic, scar-producing, acne, for use on her own skin. Proudly developed and made in sunny Florida, USA.

According to an FDA study* based on random clinical trials and published in a peer-reviewed medical journal, found that Oxybenzone, along with several other active ingredients commonly found in non-mineral sunscreens, are quickly absorbed through the skin after application and into a person's bloodstream, where they can stay for up to 7 days. Oxybenzone is a known endocrine disruptor in humans and has been shown to cause a variety of hormonal, growth, development, reproduction and allergy issues.

This harsh artificial chemical has further been found to be a prime culprit in causing coral bleaching and reef death, resulting in systemic destruction of our ocean's fragile ecosystem.

In May, 2018, Hawaii became the first state to ban the sale of oxybenzone sunscreens.
