What liquids can this pump handle?
Suitable for warm engine oil (0W-20, 5W-20, 5W-30, 10W-30, 10W-40), Light gear oil (75W-80, 75W-90), transmission fluid, and diesel.
High-viscosity oils may pump more slowly.
What should I do before using the pump?
Preheat the engine to 40?60°C before extracting old oil.
Cold oil is thick and hard to pump, which can cause the motor to draw excessive current and trigger the protection cut-off. Let the pump cool, then it will work normally.
Why does the oil sometimes fail to extract?
The pump is drawing air.
When pumping from the dipstick tube, move the suction hose up and down to ensure the tip is fully submerged. If the tip is partially exposed, the pump will draw air instead of oil.

Inlet hose: 4 ft (6mm OD, 4mm ID)
