Generally, for flights with a duration of 5 hours or more, the airplane travel pillow can be used.
Does it work on budget airlines without headrests?
The SSNH001 model travel pillow does not work for the airline without headrests. However, SSNH002 Upgraded Travel Pillow is for the budget airlines without headrests.
What should I do if the eye mask gets wrinkled? Is this washable?
The travel pillow kit is washable. We suggest hand wash in water below 40°C. And then, simply use an iron or a garment steamer to gently smooth it out, and it will return to its original shape.
How do I use this Travel Pillow?
1. Secure the two straps around the headrest of the airplane.
2. Attach the eye mask onto the pillow.
3. Position the eye mask and ensure it is firmly attached.
