Gently massage the Superfruit Smoothie paste onto face in a circular motion with fingers or cloth onto face or body for gentle exfoliation. Leave on for a minute (or longer if you prefer). Rinse off with cold water, massaging gently to exfoliate and remove any dead skin from the face.

Note: You might feel a slight tingling on your face, but it should not cause any irritation or discomfort whatsoever.

Use 1-2 times per week. Immersing your body in hot water or steam will open pores and increase the effectiveness of cleansing and exfoliation. Use your hands, a textured sponge, washcloth, or loofah: apply in circular motions, massaging the scrub into your skin, concentrating on problem areas.
